Answer: "We currently do not have Special Instructions draft or signed yet. We will be basing the Special Instructions on the Pakukalo SBE that should have been attached or provided amongst the documentation. Therefore, the boundaries identified and evaluated in that document will likely be the boundaries to be surveyed."
The contractor will perform surveys to preserve and protect the physical location of the boundaries of lands of the Hawaiian Homelands (HHL) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all attachments. The work includes producing federal field notes and plats, and the boundaries to be surveyed are based on the Pakukalo SBE document.
