Missile Defense Agency - Advanced Planning Services

The contractor will provide multi-disciplined A-E services from advanced planning and initial site investigation through engineering support services during construction for various U.S. military projects primarily within the U.S. but may also include OCONUS locations. Services include feasibility studies, conceptual development of facilities and infrastructure, trade studies, land use planning, cost estimates, environmental assessments, specification development, design criteria, reliability/availability/maintainability studies, value engineering, topographic/geotechnical surveys, HAZMAT surveys, power development/coordination studies, transient studies, acoustic studies, transportation planning, and NEPA studies. Facility types include missile control buildings, industrial workshops, power plants, communications facilities, administration buildings, road work, utility work, and building systems work. The contractor must have a facility security clearance and the ability to store and generate classified material.
