The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Selawik National Wildlife Refuge, requires snow removal services at Government-owned facilities in Kotzebue, Alaska.
The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, qualified operators, labor, equipment, vehicles, fuel, tools, materials, and incidental items necessary to perform snow removal services at Government facilities in Kotzebue, Alaska. Services include snow removal and hauling from designated snow storage areas, snow drift removal, hand shoveling/snow blowing, and other snow removal services as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall remove accumulated snow from the designated snow storage area upon request, complete the work within 10 calendar days, and perform this service approximately two to five times per winter season. The Contractor shall also remove snow drifts at the Government residence upon request, complete the work within 5 calendar days, and perform this service approximately one to two times per winter season. Additional snow removal services may be required at other USFWS-owned or leased facilities within Kotzebue, Alaska.
