This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561730 The small business size standard is $9.5 million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor shall provide snow removal during winter months (November 1 through May 31) at the Saco Admin Site located at 33 Kancamagus Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Snow shall be removed when snowfall exceeds 2 inches and cleared by 1630 EST the same day or 0700 the following day, whichever comes first, including weekends and holidays. If snowfall continues after initial removal, the contractor shall return to clear every 2 inches of additional snowfall. Snow shall be cleared off all pavement and pushed back, and shall not block walkways, garage doors, fire hydrants, dumpsters, or equipment buildings. The contractor shall not shovel sidewalks or pathways and shall not spread salt or sand. The government will not provide any tools. The contract includes a one-year base period (10/01/2026 to 09/30/2027) and two one-year option periods.
