The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division, located in Clarksburg, West Virginia, is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) for commercial Window Maintenance and Cleaning Services.
The requirement includes scheduled interior and exterior window cleaning, annual window inspections, specialized glazing maintenance, and as-needed emergency response and window repairs, as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
This acquisition is a **100% Small Business Set-Aside. **The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract consisting of a base year and four one-year option periods.
Interested vendors shall review the attached RFQ and supporting documents for the complete requirements, site visit information, quotation instructions, evaluation criteria, and submission deadline.
The work includes scheduled interior and exterior window cleaning, annual window inspections, specialized glazing maintenance, and as-needed emergency response and window repairs. The SOW covers curtain wall, bullet-resistant, arched, sloped, and other window systems. Recurring cleaning is required once annually at the Biometrics Tech Center (BTC), Visitors Center, Service Center, Police Services Building, and Daycare Center, and twice annually at the CJIS Main Building. Annual inspections are required for the CJIS Main Building and BTC. The contractor must respond to emergency repair calls within 24 hours of notification to secure broken window openings. The contract also requires specified high dusting and hanging-light cleaning. The base period covers approximately 230,000 sq. ft., with additional square footage in option years for cleaning the BTC Stair 6 glass-walled staircase and BTC interior curtain wall cores.
