The VA Bedford Healthcare System, 200 Springs Road, Bedford, MA 01730 is seeking vendors that can provide Window Cleaning Services for the Campus.
Furnish all labor, supervision, materials and equipment for complete window washing services including removing and cleaning screens, adjusting double windows, cleaning windows inside and out, cleaning frames, sills and sashes inside and out, replacing screens, submitting a safety plan with fall protection and ladder safety, following OSHA and medical center safety rules, coordinating with the COR and EMS, wearing identifying clothing, repairing contractor-caused damage, and re-cleaning deficiencies within five working days to a 100 percent streak-free standard.
