This Request for Proposals is for Janitorial Services at the FMH SSC on Otis ANGB in Falmouth, MA, to be completed as required in the Statement of Work in the attachment "J-1 Falmouth Janitorial SOW".
This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.
The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to the effort is: 561720 – Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $22 Million
The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base plus four option years. Period of Performance begins 1/1/27. Please note that there is a shortened base year.

Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM,) www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers. Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), "if the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror."
The FAA reserves the right to review and verify each offerors program eligibility. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the SIR process. This SIR/RFO is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies and supervision to perform janitorial services at Building 130, Otis Air Force Base, Falmouth, MA. Services include daily tasks (lavatory servicing, sweeping, low dusting, emptying waste baskets, vacuuming rugs, trash disposal), weekly tasks (damp mopping and buffing tile/linoleum floors, window washing), monthly tasks (spot scrubbing, spray waxing floors, cleaning interior doors and partitions, vacuuming stairwell), quarterly tasks (high dusting, interior and exterior window washing, dusting and washing shades), semi-annual tasks (stripping and rewaxing floors, washing light fixtures, washing waste receptacles, shampooing all rugs and carpets), and annual tasks (cleaning interior walls). The contractor must provide all materials and supplies including paper towels, liquid soap, 2-ply toilet tissue, and waste basket plastic liners. The Government will supply water, electricity, lamps, and starters.
