Murphy VA Medical Center), San Antonio, TX, and the Kerrville VA Medical Center, Kerrville, TX, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, OEM STERIS replacement filters, tools, test equipment, and OEM-certified Field Service Engineers to perform replacement of STERIS Clean Flow Pro steam filters and OEM-standard calibration of associated equipment at the Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center in San Antonio, TX, and the Kerrville VA Medical Center in Kerrville, TX. The work includes replacing filters on five specific units (serial numbers W38595655/004, W38595659/010, W38595659/006, W38595658/005, and W38595659/008) and calibrating equipment to OEM standards. The contractor must provide a Field Service Report at completion. The base period is 1 year, with four 1-year option periods. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, excluding federal holidays.
