Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for Ice Machines

The contractor will provide preventive and corrective maintenance for ice machines at VA North Texas Health Care System, including Dallas VAMC, Fort Worth Clinic, Grand Prairie, Herzog Veterans Resource Center, Plano Clinic, Polk Street Clinic, and Tyler Clinic. The work includes quarterly PMs with recorded pressures, amp draws, production readings, water quality results, and written condition assessments; emergency response within 4 hours for patient-care units; priority response within 24 hours; routine response within 72 hours; repair completion within 5 business days; documentation and reporting; and inventory reporting of unlisted government-owned ice machines.
