Technology Supplies, Equipment, Parts and Services

The Belton Independent School District (“District”) invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for submit Proposals for Technology Supplies, Equipment, Parts and Services. This is a qualifying RFP only and goods and services will be purchased on an "an-needed" basis throughout the District. The estimated value of services, equipment and/or supplies purchased annually over $50,000.00. If you were awarded RFP #2204-750-279, there is no need to respond to this proposal #2208-750-279-1. This RFP will not be a guarantee of purchase for any goods or services, but to establish a list of Approved Vendors with Belton ISD. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Awards will be made on a monthly basis throughout this open period of that solicitation. TERM: The term of this proposal shall be for one (1) year with four (4) automatic renewals one (1) year at a time. Initial Contract Period: From Date of Award - May 31, 2023; Contract YR2: June 1, 2023 - May 31, 2024; Contract YR3: June 1, 2024 - May 31, 2025; Contract YR4: June 1, 2025 - May 31, 2026; Contract YR5: June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027 Belton ISD has the option to extend this RPF at the end of the final contract period for up to 120 days if determined to be in the best interest of the district to ensure availability of products and/or services. THIS IS A NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, and as such, the Belton Independent School District reserves the right to negotiate any terms, conditions, or pricing with a Proposer prior to an award. Belton Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.
