The contractor shall furnish all material, plant facilities, labor, parts, equipment, and expertise necessary to perform the remanufacture required to restore the end item to a like-new condition, including all necessary packing, preservation, and packaging. The work includes the remanufacture of the B-52 Magnetic Powder Clutch, an actuator electro-mechanical clutch used to engage areas of a drive system, made of steel and aluminum. The contract is a 3-year firm-fixed-price IDIQ with minimum quantity 10 each and maximum quantity 75 each per line item. The contractor must also accomplish all necessary packing and preservation and packaging, and all costs associated with work specifications, technical orders, and/or Over and Above requests (excluding missing parts) shall be included in the unit price.
