Inspection invited between 8:00 a.m., and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Bidders are required to call 24 hours in advance of desired time of inspection.

The contractor must purchase and remove designated pine and hardwood timber from various locations on Red River Army Depot, including transfer lands where the government retained access and timber rights. The timber results from insect damage, storm damage, fire, or construction sites. The contractor must harvest and remove all designated timber by 30 September 2027, respond to harvesting notification within 24 hours, and comply with detailed specifications for marking, merchantability, utilization, slash disposal, stump heights, and environmental protection. The contract is a non-exclusive delivery order with per-unit pricing based on estimated volumes.
