Texas Farm Fresh Strategic Plan

The Contractor shall conduct an environmental scan and root cause analysis, collect and assess other Farm to School strategic plans, develop a statewide Texas Farm to School and Early Care Strategic Plan, establish an implementation structure, create a workplan based on the strategic plan, and recommend a sustainable implementation structure. The Contractor will facilitate listening sessions, meetings, and surveys with stakeholders including agriculture producers, food hubs, higher education institutions, school food purchasing cooperatives, distributors, early care providers, school nutrition professionals, teachers, and students. The Contractor shall also provide weekly status reports and participate in monthly status meetings.
