Remove approximately 1800 square feet of rock landscaping and retain for reuse; remove and discard landscape fabric; remove aluminum landscape edging and retain for reuse if possible; smooth surface and ensure 4% slope away from building; install commercial grade permeable landscape fabric/weed barrier minimum 5 ounce; install aluminum landscape edging, using Permaloc 1/4-inch X 4-inch or similar if replacement needed; install retained rock to a minimum depth of 3 inches, using Winona River Rock if replacement rock is required.
