This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The small business size standard is $45M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor shall provide a full turnkey solution including design phases 0-100%, tower structural upgrades, canopy/cab fabrication and installation, heating, mechanized lift installation, solar PV system with battery bank and inverter, DC/AC power distribution, gray water and plumbing systems, CMU bathroom/storage building, lightning protection and grounding per NFPA 70 and NFPA 780, communications equipment including ANT150F2 antenna installation and cable routing, site civil work including trenching, fencing, graveling and reseeding, demolition of existing cab and debris disposal, safety compliance including OSHA and USFS standards, protection of property, environmental compliance, project management and reporting, and all testing including concrete, RF sweeps, and grounding OHM testing. For the optional Encino Vista tower, the work includes replacing/installing a comprehensive lightning protection system and a solar power system with backup generator.
