This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry
Classification Standard Code is 236220 The small business size standard is $45 Million. This
acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation
which will be considered by the agency.

The contractor must remove the existing greenhouse roofing and install new twin-wall polycarbonate panels, including panel orientation, fastening, sealing, flashing, and weatherproofing. The work must be performed safely at elevated heights while protecting the existing greenhouse structure, equipment, utilities, plants, research materials, and surrounding work areas. The project location is USDA ARS DKI PBARC TPRGRDU – Hilo Repository, 928 STAINBACK HWY. HILO, HI. 96720.
