Project Description: Replace existing mechanical equipment located in main Forensics building mechanical room. Including Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Etc.
Construction Cost Estimate: $525,000.00
Replace existing mechanical equipment located in main Forensics building mechanical room. Including Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Etc. The work includes demolition of existing equipment, piping, and accessories; installation of new heat exchangers, pumps, piping, valves, and associated electrical connections; and extension of concrete housekeeping pads as necessary. The project also includes electrical work such as providing new disconnects, wiring, and variable frequency drives.
