The project includes associated plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical work as detailed in the approved specifications and drawings. The contractor must comply with DFCM General Conditions, DFCM Approved Fabricator List, DFCM Design Management Documents, DFCM Roofing Design Requirements, and the State of Utah High Performance Building Standard.
