Spacesaver and VIDIR Bed Lift Preventative Maintenance Services - SAVAHCS

The contractor shall furnish all labor, personnel, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals to provide preventative maintenance on Spacesaver systems and VIDIR Bed Lifts in Buildings 2, 3, 38, 57 and 60. Two visits per year in November and May, coordinated with Interior Design staff during 7:00am-3:30pm, cover Spacesaver tasks such as lubricating tracks, inspecting rollers and anti-tip features, checking carriage movement, chain tensions, doors and locks, wiring, debris, flooring, fastening and safety features, and VIDIR tasks such as removing and replacing beds, checking operation, chains, safety features, motors, wiring, ramps, gearboxes, hardware and wipe-down. Deficiencies requiring parts or additional work require a quote, approval and purchase order before work is performed.
