R10 Lab: Region 10 Manchester Laboratory Facility

The contractor must provide all management, supervision, services, supplies, and labor necessary to operate, maintain, repair, test, and certify all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety, and laboratory support systems at the EPA Region 10 Manchester Laboratory complex. The facility comprises multiple buildings on a 17.5-acre site, including a main laboratory, office buildings, a warehouse, and other structures. The work includes eight distinct tasks: project management, administrative requirements, operation and maintenance, energy and environmental management, inspections and certifications, grounds maintenance and snow removal, emergency management, and health and safety management.
