The vendor performs tube cleaning, Eddy Current Testing of condenser and evaporator tubes, vacublasting, rebuilding of metal loss with Belzona 1311, and epoxy coating with Belzona 1321 of end bells, tube sheets and marine water boxes in two phases. The vendor also supplies new gaskets and seals, reconnects the end bells, refills the chiller with water, reinsulates the evaporator heads and piping, and returns the chiller to manufacturer-specified, leak-free operation.
