Solicitation number 15BCMS26R51700001 is issued as a Request for proposal (RFP) for Comprehensive Medical Services.

The contractor will provide comprehensive medical services including primary care, specialty care, telehealth, and inpatient/outpatient services to inmates at FDC Houston. The contractor must comply with detailed requirements for medical claims submission, billing estimates, quality control, security clearances, insurance, and transition of care. Services are to be performed at the institution located at 1200 Texas Avenue, Houston, TX 77002, with a base period of 12 months and up to four 12-month option periods plus a 6-month extension option.
