This storage shed shall be 84 +/- feet long, 28 feet deep, and 13feet tall atthe lowest point. The structure shall contain 7 bays each 12 feet wide. The storageshall have 3 enclosed sides. The two ends and the back wall. The material shall be a heavy-duty metal siding of a tan color. The roof structure shall be a flat slope roof of at least 1/12 slope with heavy duty galvalume roof sheeting. The roof shall slope towards the rear of the carport with an enclosed gutter and downspouts.

The contractor will provide and install one metal equipment shed approximately 84 feet long, 28 feet deep, and 13 feet tall at the lowest point, containing 7 bays each 12 feet wide. Three sides (two ends and the back wall) will be enclosed with heavy-duty tan metal siding, and the roof will be a flat-slope (at least 1/12) galvalume roof sloping to the rear with an enclosed gutter and downspout system. The new shed must connect to and match the existing adjacent shed, with the contractor engineering and supplying the connection points and constructing a covered porch/canopy area of approximately 300 sq ft. The project must be completed within 120 calendar days of Notice to Proceed.
