General Services Administration Lease: Office Space Okmulgee, OK

The solicitation is for a fully serviced lease of 1,870 ABOA square feet of office space and a 5,000-square-foot ware yard. The space must be located in a modern quality building within the City of Okmulgee. The lease includes a 10-year initial full term with a 5-year firm term and 90-day termination rights. The Lessor will be responsible for building shell, tenant improvements (with a TI Allowance of $51.88 per ABOA SF for other locations), and building-specific amortized capital improvements for security (with a BSAC amount of $12.00 per ABOA SF for other locations). The building must meet ENERGY STAR® requirements or the Offeror must agree to cost-effective energy efficiency improvements. The award will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer after a present value price evaluation.
