The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives for two structured parking spaces in Spokane, WA, within a delineated area bounded by W Riverside Ave to Monroe St to W Spokane Falls Blvd (north), W Railroad Alley (south), N Wall St (east), and N Jefferson St (west). The parking must be within a four-block walking distance from the Thomas S. Foley U.S. Courthouse Federal Building. The lease term is 10 years with 5 years firm. A fully serviced lease is required, and the offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards, and shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain.
