The space must be between 130,000 and 143,000 ABOASF, contiguous (preferably single floor, but no more than two contiguous floors), with a minimum 15-foot clear ceiling height, support continuous 24/7 operations, have a fully operational automatic HVAC system, meet government fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards, and include 300 surface parking spaces (all reserved). The lease term is 2 years with 1 year firm, and occupancy is required by June 30, 2027. A fully serviced lease is required.
