The contractor must deliver a prefabricated concrete outbuilding approximately 24' x 11'6" with one big room, two double man-doors, overhead LED lighting, wall outlets, 4x rotating lift eyes, a 200-amp electrical panel, a heat pump, and other specified utilities. The building must be crane-liftable, weigh less than 70,000 lbs, arrive fully assembled and wired, and be set in place at the Trumbo Point Annex in Key West, FL. The contractor is also required to provide a preliminary drawing with the quote and complete engineering for the precast concrete building.
