PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS FOR PARK AND WATERPARK EQUIPMENT/PARTS, TERM CONTRACT
The selected vendors will be placed on a pre-qualified list and may be asked to provide quotes on a project-by-project basis for the purchase and delivery or purchase and installation of playground equipment and parts (Items #1 and #2), park equipment and parts (Items #3 and #4), and waterpark equipment and parts (Items #5 and #6). Installation services apply only to Items #2, #4, and #6. The County will notify vendors of each project on a rotation basis, and each project will be awarded to the vendor offering the lowest fixed price. Projects equal to or greater than $100,000 will be separately solicited via a formal competitive sealed bid process.
