The contractor shall manufacture and deliver 6,600 each of Piston Plate Assembly per Drawing 12630556 Revision E, and 15 each of First Article Test (pre-production samples) with material certifications and dimensional test reports. Delivery is FOB destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas. The contractor must provide a complete proposal package including the solicitation and Attachment 0004 Price Matrix, and submit quotes via email to the specified points of contact by the due date.
