Only M&R MACC Contractors listed on the General Requirements cover page may submit a propsal for this ROICC Camp Lejeune area of responsibility project. See attached dcocuments for scope of work and any applicable drawings.
The contract encompasses fence construction at AS3507 on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. Work shall be located at the building and/or area described in the attached project description, with the exact location indicated by the Contracting Officer. The contractor must notify the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) 48 hours prior to starting excavation work and shall verify the elevations of existing piping, utilities, and underground obstructions using professional utility locators with electromagnetic or sonic equipment. The facility/activity will remain in operation during the entire construction period, and the contractor shall have access to the work area for the contract duration. Regular working hours are 0730–1600, Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays. Work outside regular hours requires COR approval with at least 15 calendar days written notice. The contractor must comply with all existing work protection requirements, environmental regulations, cultural resource protections, and DBIDS access requirements. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements, liquidated damages at $157.35 per calendar day, and completion within 180 days of award.
