This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process.

Contractor to provide services in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract for the period of January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027 with four 12-month option periods.

this acquisition.
The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this
acquisition and a statement. The addendum to FAR 52.212-4 also applies to this acquisition.

Solicitation contains a list of all clauses incorporated by reference in numeric order under
52.252-2 (see below), starting first with FAR and followed by VAAR.
The contractor shall furnish all plant facilities, labor, material and equipment to provide mat services, to include pickup/delivery of items in such quantities as stated in the contract. Services are for the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS), 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS, and Mobile Outpatient Clinic, 4444 Demetropolis Road, Mobile, AL, locations only. The contractor shall deliver and pick-up weekly on designated days. All mats shall be free of all stains, tears, and holes. Mats will be steel gray or black in color with beveled edges. The contractor shall make a 100% exchange of ALL mats each week. The contractor will provide the names of personnel that will be working under this contract by completing a Contractor's ID Badge Worksheet. The contractor shall comply with all sign-in/sign-out procedures required by the GCVHCS.
