A compulsory site meeting will be held on 20 August 2026, at 11am at the 325 Aries str, Waterkloof Ridge, Pretoria, South Africa.
A final scope of work will be sent to all who attended the site meeting.
Due date for tenders will be C.O.B. on 26 August 2024

The work includes removal of all existing roof covering and rafters; installation of new 420 x 332mm Marley Double Roman Concrete Roof Tile; retention/construction of concrete slab roof sections with cementitious waterproofing; reuse and reinstallation of existing solar panels; associated waterproofing, insulation, ceiling installation, rainwater drainage systems, plastering/painting, and electrical work; and an asbestos survey with licensed abatement if required. All work must comply with the Design Package and applicable SANS standards.
