Vendor to supply all materials and labor for the cleaning and maintenance of the VA Medical Center Boise and the adjoining Mountain Cove Campus gutters, downspouts, and roof drains. Service will be carried out in two phases in November and June each Period of service. All services will be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work. Vendor will bill monthly in arrears for services performed.

The contractor shall provide all labor, appropriate equipment, material and tools necessary to perform semiannual cleaning and maintenance of building gutters, downspouts and roof drains as required throughout the BVAMC. Specific tasks include cleaning building gutters and downspouts (removing debris, thoroughly cleaning and rinsing), cleaning roof drains (removing debris, cleaning and flushing lines), and performing minor repairs such as reattaching and caulking separated gutters and downspouts and replacing missing fasteners and parts. The contractor must collect and remove all debris generated during cleaning operations. Work is to be performed at the Boise VA Medical Center, 500 W Fort St, Boise ID 83702-4599 and 911 Mountain Cove Rd, Boise ID 83702.
