Outdoor Bleacher Expansion
The selected contractor's scope of work includes: site evaluation and verification of existing structural and foundation conditions; structural engineering review and stamped drawings by a Michigan-licensed Professional Engineer; furnishing and installing new bleacher seating for approximately 200 seats, matching or compatible with the existing system; all necessary footings, foundations, or structural connections; guardrails, handrails, aisles, and ADA-compliant accessible routes and seating locations; coordination with the local Authority Having Jurisdiction for all required permits and inspections; site protection, temporary fencing, and safety measures during construction; final inspection, code compliance certification, and closeout documentation; and site cleanup and restoration of any disturbed turf, walkways, or landscaping.
