The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, supervision and other resources necessary to investigate and repair compromised high-density polyethylene piping associated with the existing geothermal loop system, including removal of sections of parking-lot concrete, excavation to expose supply and return piping, troubleshooting and identification of compromised piping, repair of geothermal ground-source piping, flushing, cleaning, purging, inspection and testing of the network, backfilling, replacement and finishing of concrete, and final operational testing to repair leaks including a supply-line leak estimated at approximately 200 gallons per hour and restore the distribution system to normal operation.
