Re-slurry and Re-stripe Bldg. 88 and 98 Parking Lots

The contractor surveys three VA McClellan Clinic lots to capture stall dimensions, crosswalks, arrows, texts, access aisles and no-stopping zones, develops a VA-approved striping plan and per-closure signage-and-barrier plans, then closes one lot at a time, removes existing striping, cleans oil spots, fills cracks with sealant, applies two sealcoat layers throughout with a third layer in drive aisles with curing between coats, chalks the striping layout for VA inspection, applies permanent striping, signs, wheel stops and curb paint, removes closures to reopen each lot, and provides schedules, weekly meetings, submittals and closeout documentation.
