This e solicitation notice is to inform potential offerors that Canandaigua, NY VA Medical Center will be posting a solicitation (36C24227B0005) on or about October 30, 2026, for Seal and Stripe Parking Lots. All work is to be performed at the Canandaigua, NY VA Medical Center.
General scope of work includes:
The general scope of this project is to provide any repairs to cracks or degraded asphalt, seal, and then provide new striping to several parking lots surrounding the Canandaigua VAMC. Additional striping along the roadway shall also be performed, however no sealing or repairs to the roadway are required.
The Canandaigua VAMC requires a Contractor to perform the construction work necessary to accomplish this goal. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, services, tools, equipment, and materials required to perform work. Work under this effort is fully described in the project drawings and specifications. Additional administrative and management related requirements are described throughout this document. A brief overview of the construction work will be included with SOW in the solicitation.
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, services, tools, equipment, and materials to repair cracks or degraded asphalt, seal, and provide new striping to several parking lots surrounding the Canandaigua VAMC. Additional striping along the roadway shall also be performed, but no sealing or repairs to the roadway are required. Work includes coordination with the COR, traffic control, weekend work in some zones, cleaning of surfaces, and compliance with all federal and state requirements for parking stall layouts. The contractor must warranty all work for 1 year from the date of acceptance.
