The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, material, parts, equipment (including test equipment), transportation, quality control, inspection manuals, and expertise necessary to replace and install a 5,000 psi nitrogen gas piping system in Building 3001 at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB). This includes demolition of existing nitrogen gas piping, installation of new high-pressure 316 Stainless Steel pipe, TIG welding of connections, replacement of pipe supports, hydrostatic pressure testing up to 7,500 psi, pneumatic leak testing at 5,500 psi, and project completion and cleanup.
