The Contractor shall provide comprehensive Common Waste Management Service for the US Warehouse La Paz at 0 Avenida 23-13 Zona 17, Centro de Negocios La Paz, warehouses 216, 217, 315 & 316. Services include regular waste collection and disposal of common waste three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) between 8:00-12:00 hrs, waste separation and classification in accordance with Guatemalan Governmental Agreement 164-2021, transport of collected waste to an authorized Material Recovery Facility (MRF) or disposal facility, recycling and proper disposal with full documentation and traceability, monthly environmental impact reporting including quantification of materials recovered, and maintaining cleanliness in the collection areas. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of award, with one-year option.
