The contractor must provide and service thirteen (14) units: five (5) 8 cu. yd. containers on hospital grounds emptied daily Monday through Saturday; one (1) 6 cu. yd. container behind H-Building emptied weekly on Friday; one (1) 6 cu. yd. container in Maintenance yard emptied daily Tuesday through Saturday; one (1) 6 cu. yd. container at S-Building (Friendship Center) emptied once a week on Friday; one (1) 8 cu. yd. container at Bradley Sanders Adolescent Complex emptied daily Monday through Friday; four (4) 8 cu. yd. containers at 1451 North Lakeland Drive emptied daily Monday through Saturday; and one (1) 2 cu. yd. container at the pump station emptied Monday through Friday. Containers must be steam cleaned and deodorized upon request, painted as needed, and damaged containers replaced at no charge. Any spillage, including liquids, is subject to cleanup by the contractor.
