The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a joint purchase master contract in Region 1, which is the Northeast Territory (NE), to enable governmental units and qualified not-for-profit agencies to contract for solid waste, yard waste, and compacting waste hauling services on an as needed basis during the contract periods.
