Failure to provide all required information may result in your quote being deemed unacceptable and ineligible for award.

The contractor shall deliver one fully operational telehandler meeting the specified salient characteristics (10,000 lb rated load capacity, 54.6 ft max lift height, 41 ft max forward reach, 86 kW/115 hp minimum engine, enclosed cab with heat and air conditioning, 72-inch hydraulic fork positioner, 14-24 Maxam MS709 solid tires) to 513 ERHS Bldg 61315, Northwest Field, Yigo, GU 96929. The contractor is responsible for all shipping costs including port coordination, sea/air transport, delivery from port to base, customs clearance, and marking as US Government property. The contractor shall also provide standard commercial warranty and submit required technical data, make/model info, and complete all yellow-highlighted fields. Delivery is required 60 days after date of award.
