Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).

The successful offeror must provide a fully serviced, turnkey lease for 2,300–2,722 ABOA square feet of ground-floor office, light industrial, and scientific support space in Cocoa, FL, including 9 surface parking spaces. The space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic performance, and sustainability, and must not be located in a 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. The lessor is responsible for building shell construction, tenant improvements, utilities, janitorial services, security measures per Facility Security Level I, and compliance with USDA wiring and cabling standards, all compensated through the lease rent.
