The vendor must supply nine computerized polygraph machines meeting detailed mandatory requirements, including ABS enclosure, USB power, 10 channels, specific data transfer rate, temperature and humidity tolerances, ASTM standards, UL 94V-0 rating, CE certification, 32-bit data resolution, HID USB driver, specific connectors, and a minimum 5-year warranty on data acquisition. The system must include specific components such as vented pneumographs, EDA with disposable electrodes, photoelectric plethysmograph, blood pressure cuff, activity sensor seat and foot pads, travel cases, and a minimum 1-year warranty on accessories. The software must include built-in scoring algorithms (OSS-2, OSS-3, ESS-M), scoring tools, file compression, PDF printing, digital signatures, real-time quality control, auto-archiving, file locking and password protection, multiple integrated camera support, audio/video synchronized playback, auto-backup, and various ESS-M calculation capabilities. The vendor must also provide after-hours service and technical support, lifetime software updates, a trade-in program for nine Lafayette LX6-s polygraph systems, and detailed specification sheets.
