The contractor will administer disaster relief programs, including the distribution of emergency housing assistance to qualifying households impacted by the September 2026 flooding incident. Services include disaster case management, long-term recovery coordination, and support for Public Assistance and Individual Assistance programs. The contractor will also manage the Disaster Housing Fund, providing grants to indigent homeowners and renters who experienced total or temporary loss of their primary residence, and coordinate with governmental and nonprofit partners for recovery efforts.
