The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection Office of Oil and Gas is soliciting bids to establish a contract for the Construction/Reclamation/Plugging Project in Pleasants County on two (2) wells collectively known as Belmont Plugging Package. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and related professional services to permanently plug selected orphaned, abandoned oil and/or natural gas wells. The work includes permitting (identifying, applying for, and obtaining all applicable permits), well plugging (mobilization, site preparation, well cleanout, removal of free pipe, cement plug setting, and monument installation), and wellsite reclamation (backfilling, recontouring, revegetation, and access road reclamation). The project consists of two wells: API# 47-073-00350 at 319 Main Street, Belmont, WV and API# 47-073-00355 on Smith Street, Belmont, WV.
