Elevator Maintenance
The contract covers full and ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on all elevators listed in Section 5.0 of the specification, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of the bid. The work includes examining, cleaning, lubricating, painting, testing, and performing adjustments on all elevator components, as well as repairing or replacing worn or defective components. The Elevator Service Provider must meet minimum service frequencies and maintenance hours as specified in Form A2, provide 24-hour callback service where indicated, and comply with all applicable codes including ASME A17.1-2016 and SPS 318.
