The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supervision, and technical expertise necessary to evacuate, start up, test, and verify the proper operation of the newly installed 10-ton commercial A/C condensing unit at the MCH Clinic, second floor, Contant, St. Thomas. The scope includes pre-start inspection of the condensing unit and components, system evacuation to remove air and moisture, refrigerant and system preparation, electrical and control verification, system start-up, operational testing of pressures and temperatures, final inspection and verification, and completion and documentation including warranty information. The warranty shall include one year on parts and five years on the compressor.
