This informal bid solicitation is being conducted pursuant to Title 31 Section 239 (a) (3) of the Virgin Islands Code. The Government reserves the right to cancel this informal bid solicitation. All quotes must be submitted by GVIBuy for consideration.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary for the purchase and installation of a new 1,000-gallon diesel fuel storage tank. Work includes site preparation (clearing, excavation, grading, concrete foundation), tank installation (UL-listed double-wall or secondary containment, fill port, vent piping, leak detection, overfill protection, bollards, anchoring), fuel piping (supply and return piping, isolation valves, filters, pressure testing), electrical and control work (remote fuel level indication, integration with generator controls, conduit and wiring), testing and commissioning (tank integrity, operational testing, generator load testing), training and closeout (as-built drawings, manuals, warranty documentation, one-year warranty on workmanship).
