Proposals must be submitted electronically in Ocean State Procures™; mailed, hand-delivered, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.

The initial contract period will begin approximately January 2027 for three (3) years, with possible renewal for up to two (2) additional 12-month periods.

Required insurance includes Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence, $1,000,000 general aggregate, $1,000,000 products/completed operations aggregate), Workers compensation ($100,000 each accident, $100,000 disease or policy limit, $100,000 each employee), Automobile liability ($1,000,000 each occurrence combined single limit), Professional liability ($2,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 annual aggregate), Technology Errors and Omissions ($1,000,000 per occurrence, $1,000,000 annual aggregate), and Umbrella/Excess Liability ($1 million per occurrence, $2 million annual aggregate).
